The Tigers take on the Tigers tonight in Jordan-Hare Stadium, and as Van Allen Plexico pointed out on Twitter the other day, we'll find out for sure if this is a decent Auburn team or not when the game is over.
How is that, you ask? Well, you see, it's been four decades since LSU beat a decent Auburn team in Jordan-Hare. Their last two victories were against the 2008 and 2012 teams. Even those games were very close. Auburn normally always plays LSU close at home and a good Auburn team never loses at home.
When Auburn has the ball, we just have to hope Gus Malzahn is able to find his old mojo and get things going in the downfield passing game.
