Things started getting ugly as Kareem Canty and Missouri’s Wes Clark started jawing at each other with each receiving technical fouls, and then before the next media timeout Bruce Pearl got a technical after the referee warned him to stay close to his bench.
After the technical shots Missouri took a 10-9 lead at the 12:12 mark. The role was flipped as Auburn took a 16-15 lead into the next media timeout.
