News came today that four Auburn football players have jeopardized their team’s chances when the Tigers open against Clemson in September. The Purple Tigers were last year’s runner up for the national championship and Coach Dabo Swinney has already said he has started preparing for the September 3rd date.
The four sophomores were arrested on misdemeanor marijuana charges. They include defensive lineman Byron Cowart, cornerback Jeremiah Dinson, wide receiver Ryan Davis, and defensive back Carlton Davis III.
I must say as disappointed as I was to hear the news, it seems to be a common occurrence in this day in time.
