If Zach Gilbert, former defensive back for the Auburn football team, learned anything during his time at Auburn it was the value of being disciplined. Now his perseverance has put him in a job position that most people don’t reach until they are 25 years older than Gilbert currently is.
After his grandmother passed away when he was 15, she left money for Gilbert and the rest of her grandchildren to pursue their education. With this gift from his grandmother, Gilbert declined scholarship offers from smaller schools and stepped out on faith to play for his dream school: Auburn.
