AUBURN, Ala. u2015 Bo Jackson, one of Auburn's finest and the 1985 winner of the Heisman Trophy, was named one of the top 75 players in college football on the 75th Anniversary All-American teams by the Football Writers Association of America on Thursday.
Jackson was named to the association's All-American third team. The All-American running backs are the first-team duo of Archie Griffin of Ohio State and Herschel Walker of Georgia, the second-team duo of Tony Dorsett of Pittsburgh and Barry Sanders of Oklahoma State, and the third-team duo of Jackson and Doak Walker of SMU.
