AUBURN, Ala. u2015 Jeremy Johnson and Auburn's offense was sharp on their first chance Saturday, scoring in a quick fashion before settling into a close ball game in the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry.
Auburn led Georgia 10-3 at halftime in Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Auburn scored on its opening drive when Kerryon Johnson took a direct snap and scored on a 7-yard run 4½ minutes into the game. Auburn didn't score again until Daniel Carlson kicked a 42-yard field goal with 32 seconds left in the second quarter.
That was his school-reccord 13 straight made field goal.
