Kyle Allen, Patrick Towles, Will Grier, Kyler Murray. Every day it seems there are drastic changes happening around the SEC, specifically at the position of quarterback. But when you take a step further back, the changes are even more dramatic on the offensive side of the ball around the league.
Fully five separate teams in the SEC are having significant changes in coaching staffs in the off season – Georgia, South Carolina and Missouri are changing head coaches, and at least two of those will have new offensive coordinators. Stepping back even further, six schools changed offensive coordinators last year, and as of today only two teams have had their offensive coordinators in their current jobs for four years – Ole Miss (5 years), and surprisingly Auburn.
