AUBURN, Ala. – Brad Bohannon, the 2015 Baseball America and American Baseball Coaches Association National Assistant Coach of the Year, has been hired as an assistant coach, Auburn baseball head coach Butch Thompson announced Tuesday. Bohannon spent the last 12 seasons at the University of Kentucky, where he assisted in overseeing the best 11-year run in program history.
“As I started the process of putting the staff together, I knew I wanted to begin to construct the identity of what our program will look like,” Thompson said. “I am looking for men who are above reproach and who are going to be builders of men.
