AUBURN, Ala. -- Auburn senior Bria Johnson was named to the SEC Community Service Team for women's basketball, the league office announced this week.
Johnson, a native of Baton Rouge, La., has served on Auburn's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, most recently as the group's community service coordinator. She has also participated in Blessings in a Backpack with the Jason Dufner Foundation, helped the Auburn women's team serve the Boykin Day Care Center, and volunteered with Our House.
She has also been a Project Uplift mentor, volunteered with the Juvenile Justice Ministry, and led a poetry workshop for middle school students in Tuskegee.
