Auburn knocked off Washington 21-16 on Saturday afternoon, starting the season with the biggest win of the opening weekend and putting a huge dent in the PAC-12’s playoff hopes.
The Tigers jumped up two spots in the Associated Press rankings to #7, while the Huskies dropped down to #9. Auburn leapt over Miami, who lost hard at #8, while Oklahoma rose to #6 in the poll.
