There are tons of stories from over the weekend, a bit too much for us consolidate into the usual link dump, so here's a bunch of various thoughts on Auburn-related events over the weekend.
TOOMER'S CORNER
By now you should know that Toomer's Corner is open again here in Auburn. In the daylight it looks amazing. At night, however, well...

This doesn't really show you just how bad (in my opinion) this looks. The lights change colors under the benches and on the curb at three points (not on the actual campus corner) which change colors, and there are large LED lights on the northwest and southeast corner at stoplight level that are a bit confusing since the colors they change to are green and red at times.
