Auburn will maintain its global partnership with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), the licensing affiliate of IMG College, as part of an eight-year contract extension in managing the school’s trademark licensing program. Since CLC began partnering with Auburn in 1981, the university’s licensing program has generated more than $52 million in royalties.
“As a long-time partner of the University, CLC understands the Auburn family and the goals we have for our brand, but more importantly, they can deliver the resources, relationships and expertise to get us there,” said Jennifer Blackmon, director of trademark licensing for Auburn. “We routinely call on the CLC team and their array of services to help us protect and grow the Auburn brand.
