AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn defensive backs Josh Holsey and Tray Matthews were both wearing orange non-contact jerseys during Tuesday's practice. Whatever the issues may have been, however, they aren't serious.
"Got a little nagged up Saturday," coach Gus Malzahn said in a post-practice interview Tuesday. "They should be OK."
Holsey and Matthews are merely the latest defensive backs added to this spring's injury list.
Corner Jonathan Jones has practiced sparingly, as he continues to deal with a lingering foot injury.
