The Auburn baseball team (11-10) moved back over the .500 mark with an 11-0 trouncing of Alabama State (13-10) Tuesday night at Plainsman Park.
The Tigers jumped out to an early 2-0 lead after the first inning, and then added four more in the third. They scored two in both the fourth and fifth innings, and then added one more in the eighth for good measure.
Ben Braymer got the start on the mound for the Tigers and was excellent as he didn’t allow a hit through 5.2 innings, and only issued two walks with 4 strikeouts on the evening.
