Today is Memorial Day. While there is nothing wrong with the usual back yard barbecues, picnics, or a day at the beach each year on the last Monday of May; this is a day that we, as a nation, should stop, reflect, and remember our fallen heroes.
Since the founding of America, there have been over 1.1 million service men and women that have laid down their lives in defense of our freedoms, our way of life, and our country. As you enjoy this national holiday with friends and family, why not take time to honor our heroes by pausing and give thanks for their ultimate sacrifice.
