We didn't get ironclad answers at every position, but we certainly have a better understanding of what's on the horizon following Auburn's A-Day scrimmage Saturday.
Here are three things we learned from Auburn's annual spring scrimmage to keep in mind as we head into the summer months:
1. Auburn is deep at running back
Before you try reading too much into Jovon Robinson's performance, remember that he only played two series. Auburn feels comfortable with the newcomer's progression and we expect him to challenge for the starting job in August. The runs by Roc Thomas (69 yards on seven carries) were certainly impressive against Auburn's backups, but he has to be more careful timing his spin moves.
