Report: Aberdeen interested in acquiring Atlanta United defender Jack Gurr on loan

Aberdeen FC, lead by former Atlanta United 2 and interim Atlanta United head coach Stephen Glass, are interest in adding right back Jack Gurr in a potential loan move. Gurr was promoted and to the first team roster this year after signing a semi-guaranteed MLS deal.

It would certainly be humorous, if nothing else, to see this come to fruition. It would mean that both teams would have right backs on their roster that are on loan from each other’s parent clubs. Venezuelan right back Ronald Hernandez is in Atlanta on loan from Aberdeen, and is yet to make a competitive appearance.
