Atlanta United have, at long last, signed the reigning South American Player of the Year in Pity Martinez from River Plate. Obviously it’s been a long time coming, with strong reports of his future in America emanating months ago. Today is his first time meeting the press, and I’m sure we’ll learn some more about him today.
I’ll be keeping you up to date in this post with updates from the training ground and the press conference itself. The interview should begin around 10 a.m., but hopefully I’ll be on my computer ~30 minutes prior.
