Atlanta United defender Franco Escobar has been suspended for one match and fined an undisclosed amount for his transgressions against Columbus in the team’s season finale. Major League Soccer announced the sentence on Saturday.

Assuming Franco remains with the club, he’ll serve the suspension during the first MLS match of 2021.
