Just when Atlanta United fans thought things were on the right track with a solid win in its home leg against Herediano, the Five Stripes lost the magic with an uninspiring 2-0 loss on the road against D.C. United Sunday. Playing in a driving rainstorm at barely above-freezing temperatures, Atlanta just never looked comfortable in the attacking phase, struggling to create any strong chances in the game.
