Atlanta United’s Chris Goslin scores a stunner on international duty

Atlanta United Homegrown Chris Goslin is turning heads on the international stage. The U.S. youth international is playing with the U-17 squad in the International Youth Tournament of Vaclav Jezek in the Czech Republic in the team’s final warmup before the U-17 FIFA World Cup this Fall. Head Coach John Hackworth certainly noticed this absolute screamer Goslin notched against Russia on Wednesday.

That goal put the U.S. 1-0 up in the 24th minute, with James Sands and Ulysses Llanez also scoring in the 3-1 win over Russia. The win is the team’s second so far this week, with fellow Atlanta United Homegrown Andrew Carleton scoring in their 4-1 win over Hungary earlier this week.
