They then went ahead and defeated New England 2-1 in Atlanta on October 6 and Chicago 2-1 on October 21, collecting 6 out of a possible 6 points. This means a win on Sunday clinches the shield for the Five Stripes, yet according to these same authorities, Atlanta’s odds of winning the Shield are now a “less than likely” 46% with New York Red Bulls favored just slightly to lift the silverware.
