Atlanta United officially announced on Friday that it will continue airing its games on 92.9 The Game through the 2018 season. This isn’t much of a surprise, considering the relationship the station has developed with the team over the past year.
There’s one change in the broadcast booth, though. While Jason Longshore will be returning in his analyst role, Mike Conti will replace previous play-by-play voice Adam Schick, who was not retained. Conti is already known by Atlanta sports fans as he serves as the pregame, halftime and postgame host for Hawks and Falcons radio broadcasts.
The club also announced that along with Darren Eales’ weekly appearances during the season on Dukes and Bell in the afternoons, Carlos Bocanegra will have a weekly spot in the mornings with John Fricke and Hugh Douglas.
