Determination is at the heart of our club each and every day. We were determined to build the world’s most electric club from the ground up. Our Academy began to play before we had our Training Ground, and is already bearing fruit with players like George Bello, George Campbell and Jackson Conway launching professional careers.
The dictionary defines the word determination as ‘the ability to continue trying to do something, even if it is difficult.’ We define the word as Josef Martinez. A player who embodies perseverance through hardship, and a mindset always focused on being the best.
