Trae Young became the first Hawk to win the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month four times in a season when he was honored for his play in March/April by the NBA on Monday.
Young also won the award in November, January and February.
In 15 games in March, Young averaged 23.4 points, 9.3 assists and 4.9 rebounds as the Hawks went 7-8. The month also included two game-winning shots. He hit a floater with 0.1 seconds left to beat the 76ers, 129-127, on March 24. He put back a rebound as time expired to beat the Bucks, 136-135 in overtime, on Sunday.
