The Atlanta Hawks upset the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night, winning with a score of 127-117.
As he has for most of the Hawks’ wins this seasons, Trae Young was at the crux of it, putting up big numbers throughout the night. In particular, he went off in the 1st quarter, going for a points/assists double-double with 14 and 10. He scored or assisted on the Hawks’ first 30 points, helping them build a lead that they would never give up.
Although he didn’t quite get to the 40 assists he was on pace for after the 1st quarter, Trae still manged eight more despite rampant double-teams by the Sixers.
