The changes the Hawks have endured this last off-season have been well documented all summer, but there haven’t been a lot of coverage on back-up center Tiago Splitter. Splitter, who was traded to the Hawks the summer of 2015, went down with a hip injury this past spring and has been progressive in his rehab to get back healthy for training camp. Splitter, who obviously is aware of the changes, recently spoke to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution about the changes the Hawks organization made, Dwight Howard’s physical presence and the team’s expectations this season defensively. Some comments, I will say are interesting.
