Patterson played six minutes in Atlanta’s 100-87 home win Friday night against the Los Angeles Lakers. The 6’5 rookie went scoreless, and committed two personal fouls and a turnover in Kobe Bryant‘s Atlanta finale.
Patterson is scoreless in his previous three contests. The first-year man from Pittsburgh has played just 14 total minutes in three consecutive outings.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution has reported that Patterson will be assigned to the Austin Spurs (San Antonio affiliate) of the Developmental League.
The 24-year old Patterson’s season high for the Atlanta Hawks came November 24, when he scored 10 points in a 121-97 victory against the Boston Celtics.
