Thabo Sefolosha will reportedly sue the city of New York and the NYPD as a result of the nightclub incident of which he was recently acquitted.
Less than two weeks after he was acquitted on all counts in criminal court, a report has surfaced that indicates that Thabo Sefolosha will sue the city of New York and the New York Police Department for $50 million following the now infamous nightclub incident. The report comes via Rebecca Rosenberg and Julia Marsh of the New York Post, and as part of the claim, Sefolosha's attorney had this to say:
"Unfortunately, he may not be dunking as much as he was before this happened," the attorney said.
