Rhyne Howard of the Atlanta Dream represented her country as a member of the USA Basketball 3x3 Women’s National Team during the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer. Despite suffering a nasty ankle turn in June that threatened her status for this event, she was able to suit up in July and August and contribute to a team looking to bring home a gold medal for the United States.
Along with Los Angeles Spark Dearica Hamby, former WNBA player Cierra Burdick, and collegiate player Hailey Van Lith, the team faced stiff international competition in the greatest showcase of every four-year cycle.
