The Atlanta Hawks had a very successful 2010’s decade, making the playoffs nearly every year and reaching the Eastern Conference Finals with a franchise-best 60 wins in 2015.
Most of their players during that run were not drafted by the team. Paul Millsap, Kent Bazemore, Demarre Carroll, Kyle Korver, and Thabo Sefolosha all were major contributors in those successful ’10’s Hawks teams and were all brought in via trade or free agency.
Al Horford and Jeff Teague, which were drafted by Atlanta, were both important mainstays of those teams but were drafted in the late 2000s.
