The Atlanta Hawks opened the preseason to great fanfare earlier this week but, while the attention paid to the team’s second exhibition contest might be fainter in some corners, Lloyd Pierce and company will take the floor on Wednesday evening against the Orlando Magic. Since that opening match-up, the Hawks executed a pair of roster moves but, as tip-off approaches against Orlando, there is plenty of big-picture intrigue as to how things will look.
From an injury standpoint, Atlanta is expected to have a fuller complement of options available, with only Allen Crabbe, Chandler Parsons and Evan Turner ruled out for Wednesday’s game.
