In an overtime thriller, the Bucks were led to victory by Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 28 points and 16 rebounds. On the evening, Milwaukee outrebounded the visiting Hawks by a staggering 60-43 margin. Joining the “Greek Freak” in twin-figures for Milwaukee were Khris Middleton (26 points), Micheal Carter-Williams (15), Greg Monroe (15), Jabari Parker (10) and John Henson (10).
In their winning effort, the Bucks attempted 31 more free-throws than Atlanta.
The Hawks were paced on their disappointing evening by Paul Millsap’s 23 points and 10 rebounds. Other Atlanta players to score in double-digits on Friday were Al Horford (18), Kyle Korver (17) and Dennis Schroder (16).
