CLEVELAND — Hawks All-Star forward Paul Millsap was named Player of the Week in the Eastern Conference for games played April 4-10 on Monday.
Millsap led the Hawks to a 3-0 week with wins over the Suns, Raptors and Celtics. He averaged 19 points and led the NBA in both rebounds at 15.7 and blocks at 4.33 in the span.
The Timberwolves’ Karl-Anthony Towns won the award in the Western Conference.
