The newest member of the Atlanta Hawks in Malcolm Delaney was viewed by many as the best Euroleague player in 2015-16. Usually, the transition from the European game to the NBA game also comes with many question marks of whether or not that player will be able to adjust to the speed and pace that comes with it.
Delaney is not a usual European player, though. He starred for Viriginia Tech by averaging 20.2 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game during his junior year before declaring for the 2010 NBA Draft. And though he has spent all of his five professional seasons overseas, his skill hasn’t diminished since then.
