Hawks to sign Jordan Sibert to 10-day contract, per report

The Atlanta Hawks will sign Jordan Sibert to a 10-day contract, per a report from The Athletic’s Chris Kirschner.

As outlined when the club converted Jaylen Adams from his Two-Way contract to a standard NBA contract, the Hawks were obligated by league rules to get their roster back to 14 players no later than two weeks after the trade deadline, which left them with just 12 after Jeremy Lin was bought out following the trade deadline. Adams filled the 13th spot last week and now Sibert will consume the 14th spot, if only for 10 days, at which point the team will have another two weeks to fill that spot once again.
