Hawks Sign Damion Lee For Rest of Season

Lee is the third consecutive late-season 10-Day contract signee to have his contract guaranteed. The contracts of both Antonius Cleveland and Jaylen Morris were guaranteed not long ago, and Lee joins the ranks this week.

Damion has clearly been the most productive of those three, though both Cleveland and Morris have been hobbled by injuries in their short Hawks careers. Cleveland’s status has been upgraded to doubtful for Atlanta’s next game against the Miami Heat.

Lee has been a productive member of the rotation and has played so well, in fact, that he has pushed rookie Tyler Dorsey out of the starting shooting guard spot with Kent Bazemore out for the season.
