The NBA trade deadline is fast approaching (3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020).
The Hawks have not been shy about making deals in years past. Here’s take a look at some recent Hawks deadline deals:
2019: On deadline day, the Hawks make two minor deals, sending Tyler Dorsey to the Memphis Grizzlies for former Hawk Shelvin Mack. In a separate deal, Atlanta also obtained Jabari Bird and cash from the Celtics. Both Mack and Bird were waived a day later.
2017: A day before the trade deadline, the Hawks acquired power forward Ersan Ilyasova from the 76ers in exchange for backup center Tiago Splitter.
