ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club is inviting fans to tip off the 2015-16 season at the team’s draft party, allowing attendees at Philips Arena to watch the opening round of the NBA Draft on June 25 with fellow supporters. Fresh off a record-breaking 60-win season and the organization’s first Eastern Conference Finals appearance, Atlanta owns the No. 15 pick in the draft’s first round, scheduled to air beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The party, co-hosted by Hawks radio and television announcers Steve Holman and Bob Rathbun, will feature appearances by Hawks guard Kent Bazemore, Hawks alumni, Harry the Hawk and team cheerleaders, as well as a complimentary photo booth located on the arena floor.
