There was little doubt about whether or not we'd make the playoffs. Winning nine of 10 and 14 of 17 at the right time will do that. But it became official Wednesday.
A Warriors win over Washington early Wednesday morning ensured that neither the Bulls nor the Wizards can finish ahead of us in the standings. It's our ninth straight playoff appearance, the longest active streak in the Eastern Conference and second-longest in the NBA to San Antonio.
Now the only question is: who will we play first?
Only 1.5 games separates third place from sixth.
