The Atlanta Hawks find themselves down three games to none to the Cleveland Cavaliers, in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Although this is a deficit that no team in NBA history has ever overcome, it doesn’t mean the Hawks should roll over and die for the Cavaliers.
Throughout this series, the Hawks have been unable to overcome the tenacious rebounding, inside presence, and perimeter shooting of the Cavaliers. While Tomfey Mozgov and Tristan Thompson have given Atlanta more than enough trouble with their size and rough-and-tough style, JR Smith and Iman Shumpert have also been key factors for Cleveland in addition to the expected play of Lebron James.
