The Hawks woes continued with a 144-127 loss to the Nets Sunday at Barclay’s Center.
The Nets scored 42 first-quarter points en route to the victory.
Dewayne Dedmon had career-highs with 24 points and five 3-pointers for the Hawks (6-23). The center also had 12 rebounds. John Collins had a team-high 29 points and Kent Bazemore added 20 points. Trae Young had 13 points and 10 assists.
D’Angelo Russell had a game-high 32 points for the Nets, who had eight players in double-figure scoring.
