The Atlanta Hawks are on the road quite a bit at the beginning of the 2017-2018 NBA season. Much of that has to do with the renovations over at Philips Arena but, on Monday evening, Mike Budenholzer’s team is (finally) in action within the city limits of Atlanta and the opponent will be the Memphis Grizzlies at Georgia Tech’s McCamish Pavilion.
In terms of injuries, the Hawks issued a clean report on Sunday and that is encouraging. There were no signs of danger with DeAndre’ Bembry in his debut on Friday and veteran big man Miles Plumlee now appears to be out of the woods with his previously listed quad issue.
