Hawks big man Edy Tavares is returning to the D-League for another visit.
Even with injury issues to Tiago Splitter and Mike Muscala at points during the 2015-2016 season, Atlanta Hawks center Edy Tavares has not been able to crack the rotation. As a result, it comes as no surprise that the organization is freely using the D-League as a refuge for the 7-foot-3 big man, and Tavares will reportedly be joining the Austin Spurs for another assignment this week.

Tavares has already visited the D-League on two occasions this season, playing for both the Spurs and the Canton Charge, and this marks his third trip.
