Fresh off of a huge upset win over the Los Angeles Sparks, the Atlanta Dream hit the road for another matchup against a WNBA power in the Minnesota Lynx.
The Dream denied the Sparks the best start in WNBA history with a 91-74 win at Philips Arena. Atlanta used a balanced offensive attack and a stingy defense to slow down the best team in the league. Angel McCoughtry and Layshia Clarendon led the way with 17 points each while Bria Holmes added 15.
Atlanta will face another tall task on Wednesday in the Lynx who are 19-4 on the season and riding a four-game winning streak.
