It was no doubt a tough year for John Jenkins. He came into the season healthy after battling injuries for much of 2013-14, and it looked like it could be a comeback year for him. After excelling in the preseason (he scored 46 points in 5 games and shot 67% from three), he never could crack the rotation ahead of Kent Bazemore or Shelvin Mack at the 2-guard spot.
Jenkins, highly-regarded as a shooter, put up terrific shooting numbers when he did get on the floor. In 24 games, he shot 50% from the field, 40% from three and 84% from the free throw line.
