The Oklahoma City Thunder have rescinded Dion Waiters qualifying offer allowing him to become an unrestricted free agent, reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical two days ago. Oklahoma City wanted to create the necessary cap space to possibly renegotiate a deal with Russell Westbrook. Waiters has already drawn interest from Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Should the Atlanta Hawks be interested in the 6’4″, 220 lb. shooting guard?
