The Atlanta Hawks are well into training camp and at the time of this posting (October 7th) we are a mere 20 days from opening night. That evening will be worth the wait, Hawks fans. The return of regular season basketball, a meeting with the Detroit Pistons and performances from Rich Homie Quan. Until then the preseason will have to suffice.
The Hawks get their preseason schedule underway tonight (October 7th) against the Cleveland Cavaliers. As my excellent co-editor Josh Broom noted, it may be the preseason but the Hawks likely have revenge in their eyes.
