The Atlanta Hawks fell 130-118 to the Brooklyn Nets Wednesday night, falling to 5-17.
Atlanta started fast, but quickly gave up the early 8-point lead they got. A 2nd quarter in which the Nets lived off 2nd chance points gave Brooklyn a halftime lead of 56-47.
The Nets managed 15 offensive boards in the 1st half.
Hawks were out-rebounded 33-19 in the 1st half. Nets had 15 offensive boards.

After a high-scoring 3rd period wherein each team put up 35 points, the Nets finally pulled away in the 4th, securing the Hawks’ 17th loss on the season.
