The Hawks will operate the D-League’s Erie BayHawks for the next two seasons before the team relocates to College Park for the 2019-20 season. That means in addition to naming Rose as GM, the Hawks will also be constructing the team’s coaching staff and training personnel as well as controlling its entire basketball operations.
